My Story

I've been selling real estate in Greater Cincinnati for more than 11 years, and one of the things I love most about this business is that no two clients, or properties, are quite the same.

I work throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton areas, helping people buy and sell everything from condos and townhomes to new construction, homes on acreage, land, and properties that don't fit neatly into a box.

My clients are just as varied. One recent buyer was 21 and purchased her first home with 5% down and plenty of weekend projects ahead of her. Others are selling the homes where they raised their families and looking for one-floor living and less maintenance. Some are relocating to Cincinnati and have never even visited the area.

But regardless of where you are in life, I believe setting yourself up for success starts long before a real estate transaction. Maybe you're saving for your first home, wondering whether it's time to move up, preparing to downsize, or thinking about selling your last home. Understanding your options, knowing what to expect, and having a plan can make all the difference.

After more than a decade in real estate, I've learned that a successful move isn't just about the price or getting to the closing table. It's about understanding what matters most to you, anticipating potential challenges, minimizing unnecessary stress, and helping you make decisions you'll feel good about long after the transaction is complete.

Having lived in a Mason townhome community for 16 years, I also understand firsthand the unique considerations that come with condos and HOA communities. I help clients recognize the questions they should be asking and the information they need to review before making a commitment.

Through my YouTube channel, Living in Cincinnati, Ohio, I share insights into local communities, housing, market trends, and the questions buyers and sellers are asking every day. My goal is to give you useful information, whether you're planning a move next month, next year, or simply exploring what's possible.
