Information, not advice
Neighborhood guides, prices, taxes, drive times, school district names and blog posts are general information, gathered from the sources named on each page and believed accurate but not guaranteed. Numbers change every month. Verify anything that matters to your decision, such as school district boundaries and taxes for a specific address with the county auditor, and talk to a lender, attorney, inspector or tax professional for advice in their fields.
Listings and home search
Home search, saved searches and listing alerts are provided through Comey & Shepherd Realtors on its own website, under its own terms. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and is subject to prior sale, change or withdrawal.
No agency relationship from using the site
Using this site, sending a form, or reading a guide does not create an agency relationship. In Ohio, an agency relationship is set out in writing, and you will receive the state's agency disclosure before we work together on a purchase or sale. Please do not send confidential information, such as how much you would really pay, through a form before we have talked.
