Fair Housing Statement
Effective
Everyone deserves the same honest help finding or selling a home. Equal Housing Opportunity.
Our commitment
Rhonda Everitt and Comey & Shepherd Realtors fully support the principles of the Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968), as amended, which prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental and financing of homes, and in other housing-related transactions, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18) and disability.
Comey & Shepherd Realtors is committed to creating and fostering an environment of diversity throughout its organization, and sees it as essential to serving every client well.
Ohio and local law
Ohio law also protects ancestry and military status, and some cities, including Cincinnati, protect more groups. This statement includes following every federal, state and local fair housing law.
How I work
I describe homes, places, prices, schools by name and drive times, never who lives in an area or who should. I show every buyer the homes that match what they ask for, and I market every home I sell to every buyer.
